Judit (Judith) Németh (Contralto)

The Hungarian contralto Judit (Judith) Németh received her initial musical training as singer and pianist at the local conservatory of her hometown Miskolc, and afterwards entered the Academy of music in Budapest, from which she obtained a teacher’s diploma in 1986’ and a diploma as opera singer in 1988. For three years she studied with Anna Reynolds at the Bach Summer Academy in Stuttgart, and in 1989 received the Special award of the City of Barcelona for her achievement in the International Vinas singing Competition. |
