Chiharu Takahashi (Mezzo-soprano)

Born: April 4, ____ - Osaka, Japan

The Japanese mezzo-sopramo, Chiharu Takahashi, studied at Osaka Kyoiku University in Kashiwara, Osaka (Class of 2004) and at the Hochschule für Musik "Hanns Eisler" in Berlin, Germany, graduating with degree in opera in 2012.

Chiharu Takahashi currently lives in Pforzheim, Germany and works at Theater Pforzheim. She is also a member of Bach Collegium Japan directed by Masaaki Suzuki.
