Ulrike Bartsch (Contralto)

The German contralto, Ulrike Bartsch, studied in Hannover and in 1993 became a member of the RIAS-Kammerchor.

As a soloist, Ulrike Bartsch performs regularly in major concert halls in Berlin and works together with the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, the Göttinger Symphoniker, the Sharoun Ensemble, the Kammersymphonie Bremen, the Ensemble Alte Musik Dresden, La Stravaganza Köln and others. She has sung solo under Marcus Creed, Philippe Herreweghe, Hans-Christoph Rademann, Zoltan Pesko, Heinz Hennig and Ralf Popken.
