For those of you who like Bach played on the piano |

Anne Smith wrote (July 26, 2005):Has anyone heard of Victoria Dondysh? The Partitas were released in 2004 by Eroica Classical Recordings played by the Russian born pianist Victoria Dondysh. She studied in the U.S.A. at Julliard. Ms. Dondysh has a clarity and energetic rhythm much like Glenn Gould, but without the mannerisms. This music dances and I hear the pure joy of Bach. Well worth a listen. |
