John Rouse (Tenor)

Born: USA

The American tenor, John Rouse, appears regularly as a leading tenor with local opera companies, including West Bay Opera (Des Grieux in Manon, Don Ramiro in Cenerentola), Berkeley Opera (Tamino in Magic Flute), Opera Nova (Fritz in L'Amico Fritz), and Donald Pippin's Pocket Opera (Odoardo in Don Procopio). He has also appeared in operetta roles with the Lamplighters (Alfred in Die Fledermaus, Rossilon in The Merry Widow, and numerous Gilbert & Sullivan roles), and as a soloist with the California Bach Society, Sacramento Bach Festival, and in Bay Area churches and temples.
