Great Composer Reward Card "Johann Sebastian Bach" 1913

Description:

This reward card was published by Theodore Presser & Co in Philadelphia, publishers of 'The Etude' magazine. Cards were produced in or before 1913, and other composers appeared in the 1930s. The cards were sold to music teachers who gave them as rewards to pupils. Each card has a portrait of a composer with his place of birth and the back of the card has a brief biography, a facsimile manuscript and facsimile autograph.

* About 5 1/2" wide by 3 1/2" tall
