Kaspar (Caspar) Füger (Hymn-Writer)

Born: 1521 - Dresden, Germany
Died: 1592 - Dresden, Germany

Two Lutheran clergymen of this name, apparently father and son, seem to have lived in Dresden in the 16th Century. The younger became third master, then conrector, at the Kreuzschule, and was subsequently ordained diaconus.
