Günter Dörr (Composer)

Born: 1933 - Germany

The German composer, Günter [Günther] Dörr, studied at the Musikhochschule "Franz Liszt" in Weimar with a degree majoring in classical guitar; then continued his education with post graduate in composition and double bass.

From 1959 Günter Dörr is music teacher at the Bezirksmusikschule, today's Konservatorium Georg Philipp Telemann Magdeburg. He is composer of works for mandolin orchestra, choir songs and chamber music. He lives in Möser
