Vox Baroque (Vocal Ensemble)

Founded: 2014 - Hamilton, New Zealand

In 2014, Rachael Griffiths-Hughes formed the ensemble Vox Baroque, a 12-voice choir who perform 17th and 18th century cantatas once a month, with a small band of instrumentalists at St Peter's Anglican Cathedral in Hamilton. The singers and the players are hand-picked, and may of the solo roles are sung by the choir soloists or played by the leads in the chamber orchestra
