Annette Ruoff (Soprano)

Born: 1961 - Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

The German soprano, Annette Ruoff, was born in Stuttgart and grew up in Marbach am Neckar. She studied at the Musikhochschulen in Mannheim, Stuttgart and Karlsruhe.

Annette Ruoff has taught singing at the Badischen Konservatorium in Karlsruhe, the Hochschule für Kirchenmusik in Heidelberg and the Musikhochschule Mannheim. She has international solo career as a Lieder and oratorio singer, including CD and radio recordings. Since 1994 she is a member of the SWR Vokalensembles Stuttgart. In 2000, Bayer Records released her solo CD of Baroque literature with Ensemble Cantoclarino, consisting of soprano, trumpet, continuo.
