Philippe Roche (Bass)

Born: France

The French bass, Philippe Roche, recived a certificate at the central school in Paris; then studied singing at the CNR of Paris and continued his training from 1995 to 1997 at the Baroque studio of Versailles with Rachel Yakar, Yvon Repérant, Jean-Claude Malgoire, Christophe Rousset, Montserrat Figueras, Howard Crook and Sigiswald Kuijken.

Since 1995, Philippe Roche has appeared regularly as a soloist with various ensembles like Le Parlement de Musique, La Grande Ecurie et La Chambre du Roy, Doulce mémoire, A Sei Voci, Diabolus in Musica, Cappricio Stravagante, Akadêmia Ensemble... He has participated in numerous CD and radio recordings.
