Ingeborg Dalheim (Soprano)

Born: Norway

The Norwegian soprano, Ingeborg Dalheim, studied at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo with Mona Julsrud and Svein Bjørkøy as teachers.

Ingeborg Dalheim specializes in Baroque music and has collaborated with conductors such as Gabriel Garrido, Rinaldo Alessandrini and Alan Curtis. She has since 2004 been a member of the French ensemble Les Arts Florissants under the direction of William Christie and sings regularly with Hespèrion XXI under the leadership av Jordi Savall. She has been a member of Det Norske Solistkor (Director: Grete Pedersen) since 2007.

Ingeborg Dalheim teaches singing at Vinstra vidaregåande skule in Vinstra, Oppland since August 2015.
