Klaus Bülow (Bass)

Born: Berlin, Germany

The German bass, Klaus Bülow, learned to play piano and cello when he was twelve years old. After the examinations he studied singing at Hochschule für Musik Berlin and at the Academy of Music Arta Prague.

Several engagements and appearances at different stages as lyric baritone followed. Apart from the opera activity Klaus Bülow is also fond of concert and Lieder singing and in this area he undertook many concert tours in Germany and abroad.

In the broadcast, where Klaus Bülow is obligated as a firm member in the NDR choir, he has participated as soloist and choirist in productions and concerts of diverse styles. His experience, which he has gained as a singer in the course of the many years of artistic activity, obtained him the post of a lecturer in singing for the younger generation at Hamburger Konservatorium.
