Amberger Sinfonieorchester (Symphony Orchestra)
Founded: 1998 - Amberg, Germany
The Amberger Sinfonieorchester exists since 1998. As a project orchestra it participates in the rehearsal phases, both for choir and solo oratorio concerts, and performs also pure orchestral works. The orchestra consists of professional musicians and new generation talents, who already study at a college of music. A promotion association supports the work of the orchestra, which presents not only symphonic, but also chamber-music works in various line-ups.
