The German tenor, Leonhard Reso, grew up in a family of musicians. When he joined the Dresdner Kreuzchor, he began his musical and vocal training at the age of 9, which he completed in 2003 with an Abitur with in-depth musical training. In 2012 he received his bachelor's degree after successfully studying music education in The Hague. He then studied singing with Martin Wölfel at the Robert Schumann Hochschule Düsseldorf, where he was a member of the vocal soloist ensemble. In 2014 he completed his master's degree in singing with very good mark. He attended master-classes with Professor Anthony Spiri, Professor Berthold Schmid, Professor Alexander Schmalcz, GMD Matthias Foremny and Simone Kermes, among others. In 2013 he received the advancement award of the Internationalen Sächsischen Sängerakademie.
Since 2015 Leonhard Reso has been one of the Kölner Vokalsolisten. He is dedicated to the areas of oratorio and Lied n which he has performed at home and abroad. He even mastered successfully the tenor role of Rossini's Messa di Gloria in Rome. In the Lied, he has also created a broad repertoire through to contemporary compositions with his concertante oeuvre. He could also be heard on the radio.
Since 2012 Leonhard Reso has also been a lecturer for singing at the Institut für Waldorf-Pädagogik Witten/Annen. |
