The BACH motif appears in the Molto adagio (Si tratta questo pezzo con molto di sentimento), (Mvt. 2).

The BACH motif is a kind of variation on the opening motive of the 2nd movement:
E D-sharp F-sharp E
The BACH motif appears in the cello in long notes (like cantus firmus):
B-flat A C B, D C-sharp E D-sharp F-sharp, E-sharp
Actully, the BACH motif is found here 4 times:
B-flat A C B, C B D C-sharp, D C-charp E D-sharp, E D-sharp F-sharp E-sharp
At the same time, the first violin is playing:
E-flat D F E, and F E G F-sharp
The whole episode in happens in bars 59-63.
