I'm sorry but I'm not sure what the song is that is being played, some of the words are "How beautilful are the days when you say that you love me".
It comes from a smoke free home. you wind it up on the bottom and there is a lever in the back that controls the playing of the music.

Measures: 6 1/2" high from top of head to bottom.
Base: a little over 3" across and 2 3/10" deep.
