History & Mission:

With multiple events over several days in a variety of locations, this concert series provides a great opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Great North Woods and hear Bach performed by many different artists, on varied instruments of the period. All concerts are performed on original instruments.

Music in the Great North Woods is a non-profit 501c(3) organization formed in 2009
Our mission:
To present, promote and support classical music in New Hampshire's North Country in new as well as existing venues
To create, promote and support interest in the musical arts
To educate and develop new audiences for classical music
To give much needed opportunity to local talent
To strengthen and enrich the cultural environment of North Country residents and their visitors
