Csiba book on Brass Instruments in Bach's compositions?

MY QUERY:

I have a vague recollection of someone in the Bach Cantatas Discussion Group mentioning during the last year that the above book by the Csibas is now available in English. I searched www.borders.com, www.amazon.com and the Internet for "Gisela Csiba". That yielded a lot of hits, but only for the German version of the book. Both Borders and Amazon indicate that the German version of the book is out of print, but with limited quantities still available.

Does anyone have information on whether the book is available in an English translation, and directions to the publisher?
