David Wingate (Bass)

Born: Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

The American bass, David Wingate, studied with Paul Aithouse on a North Carolina Federated Music Clubs' scholarship, and at Juilliard School of Music in New York where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in the class of Hans Heinz.

Since 1957, David Wingate was the bass soloist at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in New Rochelle.
