Albertine Selunka (Soprano)

Born: Dresden, Saxony, Germany

The German soprano, Albertine Selunka, studied at the Hochschule für Musik "Carl Maria von Weber" in Dresden.

Albertine Selunka has been a member of the Dresdner Kammerchor (Director: Hans-Christoph Rademann) since 2007 and has participated in concerts in Europe, Asia and Central America as well as various CD productions and radio recordings under conductors such as Riccardo Chailly, Hans-Christoph Rademann, Jos van Immerseel and Trevor Pinnock. As a freelance singer, she is also active in contemporary vocal ensembles (including Auditivvokal Dresden). Her special affection is for the vocal ensemble of early music and Baroque.
