Steffen-Christian Piltz (Bass)

Born: Germany

The German bass, Steffen-Christian Piltz, studied singing in Leipzig from 1987 to 1993 with Gotthold Schwarz and with Kammersänger Professor Hermann Christian Polster.

Steffen-Christian Piltz has had an extensive soloist activity as Lieder and oratorio singer, both in Germany and aborad, including Holland, Italy, France and Scandinavia. He has taken part in various Radio and TV productions and CD recordings.

Steffen-Christian Piltz teaches singing at the Evangelische Kirchenmusikhochschule Halle an der Saale.
