Florencia Nuvoa (Soprano)

Born: Chile

The Chilean soprano and composer, Florencia Nuvoa [Novoa], studied Lyrical Singing and Musical Composition at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago. Hand in hand with her experience as an interpreter, her music seeks to explore the prosody of the spoken word, imitating sound and finding an instrumental way of expressing it along with the meaning of the text. She currently works as a singer and songwriter in the musical group Oliva, and as a vocalist in Mediabanda and Bach Santiago (2021).
