Born: Japan
The Japanese soprano, Michiko Hayashi won the 42nd Student Music Concours of Japan. She studied in Italy, Saltzburg and Munich.
Following her studies, she quickly established her singing career in Japan. Her recent operatic roles include Cherubino in The Marriage of Figaro, Fidalma of The Secret Marriage, Dorabella of Cosi fan tutte, Zerlina of Don Giovanni, Romeo in I Capuleti e i Monrecchi, and Hänsel in Hänsel and Grerel.
