Almeno Gonçalves (Tenor)

Born: May 21, 1993 - Braga, Portugal

The Portuguese tenor, Almeno Gonçalves, studied composition, piano and singing at the Conservatório de Música Calouste Gulbenkian de Braga (2006-2011); and obtained his Bachelor of Music degree in Lyric Singing from Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espectáculo (ESMAE) (2011-2014).

Almeno Gonçalves is a tenor singer in Capella Duriensis (since 2010); Casa da Música (Director: Paul Hillier; since November 2013), Absolute Vocem Ensemble (since November 2015); Fundação Cupertino de Miranda (since December 2015); and Collegium Vocale Gent (Director: Philippe Herreweghe; since May 2017).
