The American lyric soprano and actress, Jennifer DeLatte, studied at the High School: Mount Carmel Academy, and received her Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance from North Carolina School of the Arts (NCSA). Jennifer DeLatte has performed all over the USA with various theatre and opera companies and resides in New Orleans. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for St. John Theatre in Reserve, LA. In May 2009, she served as the first Social Hostess for the luxurious Seabourn Odyssey cruise ship on her Maiden Voyage from Venice, Italy and spent 3 months in the Mediterranean.
Jennifer DeLatte performed the role of Jessie Chambers in the USA premiere of the new musical based on the life of D.H. Lawrence, Scandalous!. Most recently, she was seen onstage in New Orleans as Lina Lamont in Singin in the Rain at Rivertown Repertory Theatre in Kenner, LA and portrayed the role of Marian Paroo in The Music Man at St. John Theatre in Reserve, LA.
