From the Schemelli Gesangbuch (No. 203), Leipzig, 1736; NBA No. 16.
The melody is not by J.S. Bach and there is very little evidence that Bach had anything at all to do with the figured bass line.

Use of the Chorale Melody by other composers:

Samuel Scheidt (1587-1654):
O Jesulein süss, for chorus

Georg Friedrich Kauffmann (1679-1735):
O Jesulein süß (O heiliger Geist, o heiliger Gott!), chorale prelude for organ (from Harmonische Seelenlust) (1733)

Max Reger (1873-1916):
O Jesulein süß, folk song for chorus (7 Sacred Folk Songs, No. 6) (1899)

Heinrich Kaminski (1886-1946):
O Jesulein süß, chorale for chorus (1915)

Andrew Lawrence-King (b 1959):
Oh Jesulein süß, for Gothic harp

English Hymnals:

O Jesulein süß, o Jesulein mild (O Little One Sweet), carol (NEH No. 31)
