Suzanne Verburg (Mezzo-soprano)

Born: The Nethernals

The Dutch mezzo-soprano, Suzanne Verburg, began at a young age singing in various choirs, including the Nationaal Kinderkoor (National Children's Choir) and the Jeugdkoor (Youth Choir). After completing her studies in choral conducting at the Rotterdams Conservatorium, she continued her musical training towards classical singing. In 2006 she received an Erasmus grant to study a year abroad.

Suzanne Verburg sang 2nd soprano in the female a-cappella quintet Wishful Singing from its foundation in 2004 until about 2011. Currently she is a member of the chamber choir.Cappella Amsterdam (Director: Daniel Reuss).
