Marisol Vega (Soprano)

Born: Chile

The Chilean soprano, Marisol Vega Acevedo, graduated in lyrical singing from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, she obtained her degree in January 2022.

Marisol Vega has performed as a soloist in concerts at the Festival de Música Contemporánea l and at the XV Encuentro de Música Sacra of the Pontificia Universidad Católica. In the field of opera, she has performed the roles of Nella in Gianni Schicchi and Marcellina in W.A. Mozart's Le Nozze di Figaro, and has participated in the opera seasons of the Teatro Municipal de Las Condes as a member of the choir of the operas La Traviata and Georges Bizet's Carmen. She was a teacher at the Academia Audiomúsica from 2018 to 2020, and also in the "Respira, sana y canta" (Breathe, Heal and Sing!) project of the Pontificia Universidad Católica for people who suffered from Covid-19.
