The American counter-tenor and tenor singer and developer advocate, Holt Skinner, obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Summa Cum Laude from University of Missouri-Columbia (August 2014-May 2018).
Holt Skinner is active as a freelance counter-tenor and tenor since since August 2010. He has appeared with Local Opera Local Artists (LOLA) Austin several times, including in Dido and Aeneas, LOLAs Online Video Series and the 2021 workshop of Lardo Weeping, and in the worls premiere of Peter Stopschinski's Lardo Weeping. He lives in Austin, Texas and sings regularly with Inversion Ensemble, Texas Early Music Project, Chorus Austin, Ars Longa, and Austin Cantorum.
When not performing, Holt Skinner works for Google as a Developer Advocate (since November 2021). He currently lives in Austin , Texas. |
