Born: Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

The German soprano, Uta Scheirle, received lessons in piano, violin, voice and choral conducting. She studied music education and German studies in Stuttgart.

Uta Scheirle was and is a member of several renowned choirs, such as the Württembergischer Kammerchor, the Extrachor der Staatsoper Stuttgart and the Chor der Schlossfestspiele Ludwigsburg. For many years she sang in the Gächinger Kantorei Stuttgart, under its founder and long-time director Professor Helmuth Rilling, since 2013 under the direction of Professor Hans-Christoph Rademann.
