Nicola Krause-Glandorf (Soprano)

Born: Germany

The German soprano, Nicola Krause-Glandorf, began her singing training at the Domsingschule am Hohen Dom in Osnabrück. Early on she received singing lessons from Gudrun Boyd. Under the direction of Domchordirektor Johannes Rahe, she successfully appeared as solo soprano of the Osnabrücker Jugendchor in concerts in Germany and abroad. She supplemented her professional education with vocal courses and advanced training as a rhythmist at the Bundesakademie in Remscheid. She took lessons with Uta Grunewald and Doreen de Feis.

Through numerous performances of J.S. Bach's Cantatas and interpretations of early music, Nicola Krause-Glandorf was also a sought-after soloist nationwide. Her repertoire, however, also includes classical and romantic works. She also devotes herself to the interpretation of contemporary music.
