The American soprano and parish adminstrato, Kendall Marie Kookogey, obtained her Bachelor of Music degree in Voice and Opera from t Oberlin College Conservatory of Music (1991-1996); her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Oberlin College (1991-1996); and her Master of Music degree in Music Performance (Voice and Opera) from The University of Georgia School of Music (1998-2001). In 2002, she won Pro-Mozart Scholarship Award (2nd place) to study at the prestigious Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria.
Kendall Kookogey has worked as Owner of Athens Power Yoga (September 2005-August 2010); Music Director at Newnan Presbyterian Church (May 2009-October 2011); Manager/Teacher at The Omni Club of Athens (September 2010-December 2014); Parish Administrator at St. Gregory the Great Episcopal Church in Athens, Georgia (since August 2011). She also operates as Treasurer at RespirOpera, and performs occasionally as a soprano singer. He married Dallas Bono on May 25, 2002, and currently lives in Athens, Georgia. |
