	Wer sich selbst erhöhet, der soll erniedriget werden, und wer sich selbst erniedriget, der soll erhöhet werden.		Todo el que se ensalza será humillado, y todo el que se humilla será ensalzado.

	Organo obligato, Continuo
	Wer ein wahrer Christ will heißen, Muß der Demut sich befleißen; Demut stammt aus Jesu Reich. Hoffart ist dem Teufel gleich; Gott pflegt alle die zu hassen, So den Stolz nicht fahrenlassen.		Aquél que quiera ser llamado auténtico cristiano Debe cultivar la humildad; La humildad procede del Reino de Jesús. La soberbia es igual que el demonio; Dios trata con odio a quienes No abandonan su orgullo.

	Der Mensch ist Kot, Stank, Asch und Erde; Ist's möglich, dass vom Übermut, Als einer Teufelsbrut, Er noch bezaubert werde ? Ach Jesus, Gottes Sohn, Der Schöpfer aller Dinge, Ward unsretwegen niedrig und geringe, Er duldte Schmach und Hohn; Und du, du armer Wurm, suchst dich zu brüsten? Gehört sich das vor einen Christen? Geh, schäme dich, du stolze Kreatur, Tu Buß und folge Christi Spur; Wirf dich vor Gott im Geiste gläubig nieder! Zu seiner Zeit erhöht er dich auch wieder.		El hombre es fango, hedor, ceniza y gleba; Cómo es posible que el orgullo, Nacido del demonio, Le fascine todavía? Jesús, el Hijo de Dios, El Creador de todas las cosas Se humilló y se rebajó por nosotros, Y soportó escarnio e ignominia. Y tú, miserable gusano, ¿quieres vanagloriarte? Es eso propio de un cristiano? Avergüénzate, orgullosa criatura, Arrepiéntete, y sigue el camino de Cristo; Póstrate ante Dios y ten fe! Él te elevará de nuevo a su debido tiempo.
