Statistics of the Bach Cantatas Website
The statistics of activity of the Bach Cantatas Website (BCW) are based on reports from Infinology, the Host Server of the BCW since April 3, 2003, and FreeFind, the internal Search Engine used by the BCW since January 2000. In March 2006 Google was added as another option of internal Search Engine.

Explanation of Terms
Visits occur when some remote site (user) makes a request for a page on the server of the BCW for the first time. As long as the same site (user) keeps making requests within the same session, they will all be considered part of the same Visit. Pages are those URLs that would be considered the actual page being requested, and not all of the individual items that make it up (such as Pictures and Music Examples). Hits represent the total number of requests made to the server of the BCW. Sites is the number of unique IP addresses/hostnames that made requests to the server of the BCW. Enjoy,
