In the spring of 1990, Gloriae Dei Cantores, the World-renowned Christian choir from the Community of Jesus at Cape Cod, Mass., made a musical pigrimage to Russia and Czechoslovakia. They gave a series of concerts and were invited to sing in Orthodox churches. Their repertoire ranged from Gregorian chant, Bach and Palestrina, to Durufle and Langlais, as well as Russian composers like Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninov. This film presents the tour's highlightes set against the landscape that they passed through, and some personal reflections on their journey.

In the spring of 1992, Gloriæ Dei Cantores, the world-renowned Christian choir from the Community of Jesus at Cape Cod, Mass., made a musical pilgrimage to Russia. This film presents highlights of the tour in music, set against the landscapes that they passed through, and some personal reflections on their journey to Moscow and Siberia.
Easter Vigil filmed in the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Epiphany, Moscow; some other scenes filmed in the Cathedral of the Assumption, within the Kremlin, Moscow, Russia..
