Description:

The sculpture was created and presented at the IX Moscow Championship of Sand Sculpture, under the name of "The Magic world of sand" .It was the May 2016. The sculptues had 9 days for carving. There were about 15 competitors on the place from different countries, including example 1 from Germany, 1 from India, 1 from Belarus, Bulgaria, etc. They had many different topics, for example: future in world, animals, famous people, world culture, and fairy tales. Ivan Savenkov's choice was famous people. He is really interested music composers, and has already made W.A. Mozart on his diploma in institute and made Bach on sketch to small diploma on Bachelor. He thought think that it was a good idea to make J.S. Bach and tried to make HIS music on sand. He had big form with sand 4 meters high and maybe 4 or 5 meters across. For 9 days he was carving 8 hour every day. In the end it was rewarding and it was really surprise for him when he took the first place on this Championship "Sculptors Choice". This exhibition is presented all summer and by September they had about 1 million visitors this year (2016)
