Karl Etti (Composer)

Born: October 26, 1912 - Vienna, Austria
Died: April 15, 1996 - Mödling, Niederösterreich, Austria

The Austrian conductor and composer, Karl Etti, studied with Felix Weingartner and Josef Krips. From 1947 to 1964 he led the Wiener Sängerknaben. He was also conductor of Vienna National Opera. From 1962 to 1982 he taught at the Hochschule für Musik in Vienna.
