Henri Delnooz (Composer)

Born: August 13, 1942 - Maastricht, the Netherlands

The Dutch composer, Henri Delnooz, studied piano and music theory with Jan Mul, Matty Niël and Willem Hijstek at the Conservatory of Music at Maastricht. He studied composition with Willem Kersters in Belgium and with Ferenc Farkas in Budapest at the Liszt Academy.

Henri Delnooz teaches composition and music theory at the Maastrichts Conservatory of Music. He is also active in promoting contemporary music in the province of Limburg.
