The French mezzo-soprano, Anna Reinhold, began her music training at the Conservatoire à rayonnement régional de Paris. She then studied singing with Jean-Louis Dumoulin, Françoise Pollet, and Daniel Ottevaere. In 2006 she entered the Conservatoire national supérieur de musique (CNSM) de Paris in the class of Isabelle Guillaud, deepened the study of Lieder with Walter Moore at the University of Vienna in 2007. Shw won the Competitions in Clermont-Ferrand and Vivonne.
Anna Reinhold has given numerous recitals of Lieder and French melodies with piano. She was a soloist in the Requiem and Great Mass in C minor by Mozart, in l'Office des oracles by Maurice Ohana (conductor Roland Hayrabedian), in Bach Cantatas (conductor Sigiswald Kuijken). She also appeared in programmes of opera arias and oratorios of George Frideric Handel and Antonio Vivaldi at the Sainte-Chapelle with the orchestra Les Archets baroques.
On stage, Anna Reinhold sang the title role in Dido and Aeneas by Purcell in Montpellier under the baton of Yvon Répérant, the role of Gamekeeper's wife in The Cunning Little Wixen by Janacek at the Théâtres of Liège and Reims, and the role of Cherubino in Le nozze di Figaro by Mozart in the productions of the Paris Conservatoire. She recently participated in the filming of the documentary Lully l'incommode directed by Olivier Simonnet for Arte (from the role of Armida under the baton of Christophe Rousset). In 2011, she sang the roles of l'Ecureuil, la Chatte, and la Tasse chinoise in l'Enfant et les sortilèges with the Orchestre National d'Ile de France. She was also selected for le Jardin des voix conducted by William Christie for the 2011 season.
