Fritz Neumeyer was an important German harpsichordist, pianist, musicologist and composer. He studied from 1919 to 1921 in Köln music theory with Franz Bölscheand piano with Lonny Epstein. Then, from 1921 to 1924, in Berlin orchestra conducting with Alexander von Fielitz, music theory with William Klatte and piano with James Kwast. At the same timehe studied musicology at the Universities of Köln and Berlin. |
