Mathias Monrad Møller (Tenor)

Born: 1988 - Odense, Denmark

The Danish-born tenor and composer, Mathias Monrad Møller, grew up bilingually (German/Danish) in Schleswig-Holstein/Northern Germany. From 2002 to 2007 he was a member of the Thomanerchor Leipzig. From 2008 to 2012, he studied Composition with Gerhard Müller-Hornbach, Ernst-August Klötzke and Martin Schüttler at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst (HfMDK) Frankfurt/Main. From 2012 to 2015, he studied singing with with Professor Scot Weir. Since October 2015, he is studying singing with Susanna Eken at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen.

Mathias Monrad Møller performs as soloist and in various vocal formations., including prformances of own pieces in Germany and abroad. Hae currently lives in Copenhagen, Denmark.
