Somerset Hills Community Chorus (Choir)

Founded: 2010 - Bernardsville, northern New Jersey, USA

The mission of Music in the Somerset Hills (= MSH) is to provide musical experiences of the highest quality to those who live and work in the Somerset Hills and the surrounding communities.

The Somerset Hills Community Chorus concert was on November 14, 2015 and we performed J.S. Bach's Magnificat in E flat major BWV 243a. The spring concert will be Music of the Movies on March 13, 2016 with Peter Dinklage as narrator and his brother, Jonathan as concert master of a professional orchestra. The concert will take place at the Ridge HS Performing Arts Center. This will be a wonderful and eclectic concert filled with all different types of choral music from the movies of the last 80 years.

Somerset Hills Community Chorus

The Somerset Hills Community Chorus was developed to help ALL who love to sing become better singers in supportive yet challenging environment. No need to have previous experience. Every effort is made to ensure everyone is comfortable with the music as soon as possible. Online practice files are provided and seating near an experienced professional is possible as well.
