Linda Liebschutz (Mezzo-soprano)

Born: USA

The American mezzo-soprano, Linda Liebschutz, has performed solos with many of the Bay Area Opera and Oratorio societies and has been a chorus member and soloist with prominent Baroque and Early Music groups, such as American Bach Soloists, Theatre of Voices, Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, Carmel Bach Festival and Magnificat. Her recent solo performances include programs of Love Songs highlighting song cycles of Libby Larsen and Donald Grantham, rarely-performed L.v. Beethoven Folk Songs, and Hebrew and Ladino songs spanning the last 4 centuries accompanied by early music specialists from around the globe
