Dina Grossberger (Mezzo-soprano)

Born: Austria

The Austrian mezzo-soprano, Dina Grossberger, studied in Vienna, and during her studies she sung at the Arnold Schoenberg Chor.

After obtaining a fellowship, Dina Grossberger moved to Belgium, where she started her career as a soloist, singing various vocal musical pieces and, amongst others, performed also various oratorios. She regularly participated in musical festivals such as the Festival of Flaanderen, Festival de Walloni, Musiksommer Wien, and Festival Estival at Besançon. She also gave concerts in Japan, France and Italy.

Dina Grossberger kept her love for vocal music and continues to give master-classes, during summer courses in Austria, Belgium and Spain. In addition, she was for several years vocal coach of the European Youth Choir. Momentarily, she teaches vocal music at the Lemmeninstitute in Leuven and at the Conservatorium in Brussels.
