First Presbyterian Church Sanctuary Choir, Waterloo, Iowa (Choir)

Music has always been a central part of First Presbyterian Church’s worship and community. The congregation worships together and enjoys fellowship through music. They have three musical groups that meet during the choir season; Sanctuary Choir, Celebration Ringers and Praise Ringers. A children’s choir and instrumental ensemble are called for special services and concerts. They encourage people with all levels of talent and ability to share their gifts of music.

Sanctuary Choir includes High School Students through adults. They enjoy a wide range of music from Renaissance to contemporary songs. The Sanctuary Choir sings for most Sunday services during the church choir year (from early September to late May). Choir rehearsals are held each Wednesday.
