Apollo’s Fire – The Cleveland Baroque Orchestra is dedicated to performing baroque and classical repertoire on period instruments. Apollo's Fire consists of some of the finest early music performers from across North America and Europe. In eight years, the orchestra has already gained national attention for the spark and freshness of its performances, with national broadcasts on NPR and Canada's CBC, an award from the American Musicological Society, and North American distribution of its recordings on the Electra label. Apollo's Fire tours extensively, performing in Toronto, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Miami and Los Alamos, New Mexico.
