Anonymous; formerly attributed to J.S. Bach. Arranger's holograph. Originally for organ. At end: To the immortal Dr. Koussevitzky, the spirit behind American music this day and always. With deapest admiration, Leopold Egerinsky. Accompanied by photocopy of holograph letter from Egerinsky to Koussevitzky, Feb. 16, 1947.
