The Australian baritone, Gabriel Desiderio, began his musical journey at a very young age through the Sydney Children's Choir. He is currently (as of May 2023) in his second year at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. He is now refining his voice under the expert guidance of Dr. David Greco.
As a co-founder of the vocal ensemble, False Relations, Gabriel Desiderio showcases his dedication to collaborative vocal work, further reflected in his roles as a Song Company apprentice, and as a choral scholar at Christchurch St Laurence and St Paul's College.
His vocal accomplishments are augmented by his studies of the cornetto under Dr. Matthew Manchester through whom he had the noteworthy honour of playing with the Sydney Bach Akademie in late 2022. As an ardent lover of lyrical and ensemble singing, Gabriel Desiderio looks forward to seeing where his unique musical skills will take him as he continues to refine and define his craft. |
